HARP Southend has seen an astronomic 1811% increase in Facebook followers in a matter of months following their decision to engage Chez Vision for online marketing support.
HARP is a leading Southend based charity that reduces homelessness by providing essential services, emergency housing and long-term solutions. This enables people to rebuild their lives and live independently in the community. HARP helps local people get off the streets and back on their feet.
HARP has been able to take advantage of the comprehensive package of services thanks to Chez Vision’s substantially discounted charity rates.
Jeremy Singer, Sales & Marketing Director at Chez Vision was speaking at a Southend networking event hosted by Santander when he met HARP’s Community Fundraising Manager, Lucy Martin. “Following a conversation with Lucy, I was confident that we could enhance HARP’s online presence and raise their profile significantly without it costing a fortune. We’re now managing their online marketing and building a brand new website along with digital consultancy and an advert design service. We’ve been supporting HARP’s dedicated team now for several months and are enjoying working closely with Lucy and new Marketing & PR Manager, Stephanie Hadden.”
Since partnering with Chez Vision, HARP’s Facebook followers have increased dramatically from 300 to just under 2000 and messages are now reaching thousands in Essex every hour on Twitter. HARP has even seen viral success with a social media post going out across national press and TV – the charming Hoover nativity scene was a festive triumph for the charity!
Through social media activity and online advertising HARP’s audience is growing every day and so is the number of local people volunteering to offer their support. Not only that, targeted campaigns have generated a significant increase in charitable donations across all areas, including their two local charity shops.
Chez Vision has provided HARP with their complimentary state of the art dashboard system. The uniquely customised dashboard allows HARP to view live activity on all of their social media platforms and marketing channels 24 hours a day from one central location. At any point in time, team members can view real-time analytics and check the performance of all online marketing as well as monitoring detailed information about website visits.
In order to widen their online reach and secure further donations through the StreetSmart campaign, Chez Vision has created partnerships between HARP and a number of their own clients. And to help promote local events such as HARP24, Chez Vision is making full use of their charity-related network accounts on Twitter.
HARP is now driving their vital message across Essex, gaining online traffic like never before. A fine boost for such a worthy cause!
